Chill Out Music With Binaural Beats For Anxiety
Today I've produced music for those who may suffer with anxiety, stress, or simply need 30 minutes to chill out and take a breather. It's a beautiful composition I believe and a natural therapy for anxiety.

With this music therapy for anxiety, I've added a few things here so as to really kick the anxiety in the 'guts' and it is my hope you will feel much more relaxed once you've listened to it.
The first thing I've done is added mother natures rainfall. Rain is soothing for just about everyone.Listening to rain alone can have such wonderful, calming effects on the body.

Underneath the rainfall, I've added some beautiful string and horn sounds that are truly so peaceful. As you can tell by reading this, I simply love this music myself. In fact, I'm listening to it right now as I type this blog.

At this point, I must let you know that it can be listened to by anyone - not just those who suffer with anxiety. however, be aware of cautions with the use of bainural beats. (Please see below)
The Binaural beats I've used started at in the Alpha range of 14 Hz. This is a perfect doorway to begin to entrain the mind to come down to a lower, more peaceful level. I then ramp the Hz down to 10 Hz, where I let is sit there for a while. Finally, I move it down to 7Hz (Theta range) and this is where you will really begin to feel at peace.
At 7Hz, you will begin to deal with your anxiety, through being in a more calm and peaceful state of mind. This is truly natural anxiety remedy.
The music then ends by ramping back up to14 Hz, so you can awaken and begin the day again. (That's if you haven't already fallen asleep!)

This will actually help prevent you from further anxiety attacks. It only runs for 30 minutes and is a perfect way to start the day, end the day, or both. I fully recommend that you make it a habit to listen quietly to this form of music each day.
Find a comfortable place where you wont be disturbed, close your eyes and remember to focus on your breathing. It's OK that your mind may have lots of thoughts racing through it. Just see them for what they are and then let them go. Focus again on your breathing.

4. Not for anyone who may be in need of medical assistance (psychiatric)
5. Not for those who suffer with seizures
6. Not to listen to in the car or whilst operating machinery
