Do Subliminal Messages Work?
This is my take on subliminal messages. Some say they are crap. I beg to differ. I have used them on and off for many years now and truly stick by them.Subliminal messages helped me out of a really dark time in my life. I would put them on each morning and play them (with music as the masking) as I was walking the dog.
Within 3 months, my life had turned around. I swear this was due to the mind changes that the subliminal messages had helped me make.
I now use a software called MIND ZOOM. This is a great way to make your own subliminal messages.
