For those of you who may want a quick power nap... this may be the answer for you. This is specially crafted music that has deep delta isochronic tones embedded within. It takes you down to the deepest of delta frequencies, where you will ind yourself relaxing deeply, and then drifting off into sleep.

I just gave this a test myself. Mid afternoon, and it worked. At first nothing, I will still awake after 10 minutes or so, within 20 minutes I was asleep and slept for about 45 minutes to one hour.
